My review of Knight Carpet and flooring is going to be a bit different than the norm. You see, I work as a Sub contractor for Knight. I have been with them for 11 years. My review isn't about anything to do with flooring but rather, the hearts of those who own and help actually run the business. I moved here from out of state, Knight Carpet put me to work and the first few years, everything ran smoothly between Knight and I. My wife had Multiple Sclerosis. For the last few years, it was very hard for me to keep a regular schedule with them due to my wife's disease progressing to the point that she could no longer do most things for herself. When it came to the daily tasks of cooking, cleaning, laundry, giving my wife her shower and helping her in and out of the shower, getting her dressed and set up for her day, every day. I had to do all of this. My concern, as you might wonder, is how long could they deal with a man that has to put his wife first, gets to work late, sometimes has to leave at a moment’s notice, has to quit early or, go home, take care of my wife's needs and then return to work and, work late into the evening. When will that time come when they tell me that they have a business to run, and my personal life is an interference to the operating procedures of the company and therefore have to let me go. I'll tell you. They never let me go. They worked around my schedule, helping me to put my wife first, and then I came in to work. My wife just passed away due to the MS and the complications it caused her. Dan and Barry are the two I answer to mostly since Dan is the owner and Barry the manager. Not once did they or the salespeople of the company ever say or do anything but show concern for my wife and her wellbeing. Through the years I have been here, they have continually inquired of my wife's wellbeing, shown their support to me and my wife on her journey through the stages of MS until it finally had its way with her, and took her life. It is a tough road to go down in caring for and helping to fight a disease that, without a miracle, you will suffer loss. These men and women of Knight Carpet didn't owe me a thing. But the hearts of these saints that work there, have truly stepped up, went to bat, and scored a homerun in caring for someone that needed them more than they needed me. You will be hard pressed to find a business anywhere that would do all they could to give you the work you need to care for your loved one, continually check in on the status of your loved one, and have offered other forms of help to you, should it be needed. These men and women at Knight Carpet are a lot more than you may think when you meet them. They genuinely have a heart, they actually care and the whole time, years in fact, not once, was there ever anything negative. It is an honor to work for this company. Dan, Barry, and the rest of you at Knight Carpet, thank you for your support, care, and concern as I now must lay my wife to rest in this final stage of her life. I pray that I can be a blessing to Knight Carpet though I will be hard pressed to be able to repay, all you have done for my wife and I. With loyalty and gratitude, I humbly say thank you.

We recently had the privilege of having carpets removed from our home and new vinyl flooring installed by Knights Carpet & Flooring. Shawn made selecting the floors we wanted quick and easy and he came over the same day and took measurements and gave us an estimated quote. Chris and Ethan installed the new flooring after removing all the carpets in the rooms and moved the heavy, bulky furniture out of the way. Chris and Ethan were professional, courteous, and highly motivated. We could tell that they took great pride in their work with their close attention to detail and the care they took with moving our furniture to install the floors. Purchased new carpet from Barry Glover here at knights carpet, he was professional, quick and made sure I was satisfied with our purchase. We visited other carpet stores in the area before we stopped here, and this store was very competitive price wise and in addition they took the time to thoroughly explain what we were getting, while other places made it seems like we were inconveniencing them. Want to give a shout out to Richard and Larry, who installed the carpet, they worked hard when they were short staffed. Overall, would recommend this business.

We recently had the flooring in our entire house replaced by knight carpet. I cannot say enough nice things about our entire experience there. We worked with Chris, and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we absolutely loved what we picked out. Not to mention helped us stay within our budget while giving us the best products available. We ended up being able to take a few pieces of the laminate flooring that we picked out home in order to test it in our lighting and also with our animals because pet hair is the worst! I had a vision for this home and they hit it spot on. Everyone in the company that we worked with was professional and honest. Their integrity and belief in their product line is impressive. Bottom line we have a beautiful home and stayed perfectly within our budget. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had new flooring and carpet put in by Knight Carpet & Flooring. Barry Glover was great to work with. The original vinyl plank flooring we had picked out was out of stock and not expected to be available for months. Barry was able to find something almost exactly like what we had picked out and for nearly the same price! The guys that did the installation were pleasant and did a great job. The flooring and carpet are amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. It's like a new house! We would highly recommend the folks at Knight Carpet & Flooring!
